This study, based on 44 focus group discussions conducted from November 3 - November 28, 2011, with 545 participants across all 10 states in South Sudan, asked South Sudanese to explore the answer. In it, they provide their thoughts on creating an inclusive and fair government that would resolve tribal tensions and suggest ways in which that government can increase their confidence in its ability to deliver a better life for all.
